Myanmar Customs Officer မှ Other အတွက် Request တင်ထားသော အချက်အလက်များကို Accept ဖြင့် လက်ခံသည့် နေ့တွင် Broker Panel တွင် Clearance Button ပေါ်လာပါမည်။ Clearance Button နှိပ်ပြီး Data ထည့်ခွင့်ကို Accept လုပ်သည့် နေ့မှစ၍ ၃ရက် အတွင်း ထည့်ခွင့်ရှိပါမည်။ ၃ရက် ကျော်လွန်ပါက System မှ Data ထည့်ခွင့်ကို Auto ပိတ်သိမ်းသွားပါမည်။ BCF Import တွင် Other နှင့် တင်သည့်သူများသည် မိမိတင်သွင်းသော ပစ္စည်းများကို Clearance Button နှိပ်ပြီး ထည့်သွင်းပြီးပါက သေသေချာချာ စီစစ်ပြီးမှ Finish Button ကို နှိပ်ပေးရပါမည်။ Finish Button ကို နှိပ်ပြီးပါက Edit လုပ်ခွင့်မရှိတော့ပါ သဖြင့် သတိထား ၍ နှိပ်ပေးပါရန် လေးစားစွာအကြောင်းကြားအပ်ပါသည်။

The Clearance Button will appear on the Broker Panel on the day the information is requested by the Myanmar Customs Officer. You will be prompted to enter the data entry within 3 days from the date of clearance. After 3 days, the system will automatically disable data entry. At BCF Import, the other importers will have to click on the Clearance Button, and after that, make sure they are properly inspected and then the Finish button. After clicking the Finish button, you will not be able to edit it.
